Martingale is off by default here. It doubles down after a loss; on the live form it ships switched on at 1.3 with no explanation next to it.

Measured across 403,676 platform notifications: Notify carries no edge over the control and changes nothing in the simulation, and Switch + cancel measurably hurts — the next deal wins 47% against a 94% baseline. Off by default.

Defaults are the engine's own: 10 bps fee, 5 bps slippage. Setting them to zero makes the result fiction — the platform's own "best defaults" cache is currently computed at zero. These two are simulation settings; the exchange charges what it charges.
